Send an Email
Create a support ticket any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org—this address is where the replies will come from, too. Create a new email right now by clicking the button below.
In Intro CRM
You can also create a support ticket in Intro CRM. When you're using Intro CRM, you should see a chat icon in the bottom right.
If you don't see the chat icon, it may be blocked by your web browser or a browser extension. We partner with Groove to provide documentation and manage support tickets.
Click the chat icon to see the documentation and an option to send a message to the team.
Under Start a conversation, click the Send message button, then go ahead and fill out the form to reach us.
